Nimbus have an emergency out of hours service for if your server goes down outside of our normal office hours (Mon - Friday 8am - 5:30pm UK Time).

Please note this is an emergency service and only to be used if the site/server is unreachable. Generally, noc issues are things like:
- General Site/Server Outages
- Server outage due to disk space being used up
- Server outage due to memory overuse
- Backup Restores (if you have one of our backup services) if your site is down because of it.
Unfortunately NOC does not cover email issues so these be treated as a priority during the next office hours.
