This guide describes how to allow your colleagues to manage the DNS zones in the hosting platform, please see this guide for managing DNS within the hosting platform
DNS management within the hosting platform is within the user dashboard of the main account holder. The log in needs to use the same email address as the main account in the Client Area. Then select 'Domains' from the menu on the left hand side of the page.
Within the DNS section there will be a list of your domains that have zones on our name servers. To share management of these DNS zones click the 'Share DNS Zone' button.
You will be presented with a list of users that you can share management of your DNS zones with. This list is made up of users that have access to your servers that you are an owner of. To share management of your DNS zones toggle the share button. Please note that this will share management of all of the DNS zones that you have on our name servers.
If you would like to share with a user that is not listed, you just have to add them in the 'Team' section of a server that you own to have them added to the list. See the guide here for adding users.
