If you've forgotten or lost your WordPress (or WooCommerce) Login details you can reset your details by using the Lost Password feature. You just need to add /wp-login.php?action=lostpassword on to your website's URL.

For example:

If the WordPress login was on example.com, you would go to example.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword to get your new password via email.

Certain Security plugins may change the 'wp-login' to another name. If you get a 404 error you may need to speak to your developer or administrator about the correct area to reset your password.

You may also need to check your Spam folder for the password reset email as WordPress often sends email via PHP which email systems could treat as spam.

If you do not receive the email at all, the guide below will help you check and reset the email address associated with each user.
