SSH access is generally needed for your developer, especially if your site is based on Magento 2 as it requires quite a lot of CLI (Command Line Interface) commands to be run.
Before gaining SSH access you will need to allow your IP by following our guide on Adding your IP to the servers Allowed IP List.
First you need to log into the hosting platform, and then click on the website you want the access details for.
From the site dashboard, click on the FTPS, SSH & Git option from the left hand column:
From here you can copy the SSH login info or Reset the password:
