When creating FTP users in our platform you can also set an expiry date on the user. This is useful for when you may have a 3rd party that needs access to your site, but only for a specific amount of time. By setting an expiry on your created user, it means you don't have to remember to go back and revoke access after the work by the 3rd party is complete. If an FTP user has expired, you can also quickly reinstate that user from the expired FTP users list.

To restore an expired FTP user, click on the FTPS, SSH & Git link on the Website Dashboard

Once on the page, scroll down until you see the Expires FTP-S Users window. From here you can see any expired users and restore them if needed.
